With Tidal Rum's light salted-caramel finish, this classic cocktail adds a touch of pure sophistication to any evening.
Whilst an old fashioned is famed for its time-taken method, it needn't be fussy and can be made without any cocktail equipment.

You’ll need:
- 50ml Tidal Rum
- 10ml agave syrup
- Drop of salt water
- Grind of black pepper
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
- A disc of fresh orange to garnish
- Mixing glass
To make:
Stir down the ingredients in a mixing glass. If you don't have agave syrup, honey or golden syrup mixed with water can make an easy cupboard staple alternative.
Fill a tumbler or rocks glass with ice and strain over. Add a disc or spiral of fresh orange to garnish.
