The Tidal Spiced Rum
Regular price £37.95
The Tidal Spiced Rum is infused with Red Dulse, hand collected from Jersey’s shores at low tide. Red Dulse brings a wonderful harmony of pepper and sea salt minerality with a distinctive sweetness of dark chocolate that, alongside a careful selection of spices, creates a smooth medley on the nose and palate.
- TASTE OF THE TIDE… Tidal Rum’s unique taste comes from an infusion of Red Dulse foraged from Jersey’s low tides. Its sea salt and pepper notes come through with a hint of dark chocolate and a breath of ocean air.
- TIDAL SERVES… The sweet spice notes make this ocean rum perfect with your favourite mixer, try with ginger ale or cola with a squeeze of fresh lime.
- BRITISH COAST… The Tidal Rums are premium craft rums infused with coastal botanicals foraged by hand from Jersey’s shores. Jersey has one of the world’s largest tidal ranges, home to a plethora of beautiful, distinctive marine botanicals. Our brand name, The Tidal Rum, honours this beautiful phenomenon and speaks to the wonderful riches found in ocean botanicals. Our rum range infuses these stunning marine notes with smooth premium rums, to create that beautiful taste of the ocean in every sip
Testimonials
‘Jersey-based producer Tidal Rum is seeking to innovate while showing respect to the base rum. It has no sugar and no added flavours. It’s about as far away from a spiced rum as it’s possible to get’

‘Rum, I mean if you’re going to do it, do it right! I’m using Tidal Rum which has an amazing flavour. It’s from the island of Jersey where they’ve incorporated seaweed into the mix - it sounds extraordinary, it tastes incredible!’

‘Within the crescendo of Tidal Rum’s aftertaste, when the bitter orange note fades, comes truffle-like notes from the fabled seaweed. The result appeals as much to a newcomer to rum as a connoisseur of the sugar spirit.’
